Rare Forest Cask Single Malt 8 Year Old Ben Nevis Double-Wood Whisky 70cl

This bottle of Forest Whisky is one of only 284 bottles taken from a single cask.

The spirit was distilled in 2012 before being rested for 8 years in a single cask. This cask had previously been used to mature Woodford Reserve Double-Oak in the USA.

We have then bottled using our own English spring water, resulting in a smooth yet memorable whisky.

Nose: Sweet oak, fresh caramel, light vanilla

Palate: Crème Brûlée, sweet caramel, charred oak

Non chill filtered. No colouring added
