The big award winner! Our Blend Number Twenty Six received the MASTERS Award in the World Whisky Masters. Higher than a gold medal, it required all of the judges to score over 92 points in a blind tasting.
Our whisky begins with Cheshire barley, fermented with wild yeast and pure spring water from our own source. It is initially matured in oak casks beneath the Cat & Fiddle, then expertly blended with select whiskies here at our distillery. To enhance the flavour even further, the blend is rested in new English oak casks within our cellars, adding a final, luxurious touch.
The result is an exceptionally smooth and vibrant whisky of the highest quality, with a subtle sweetness perfectly complemented by the distinctive character of English oak. Each bottle is crafted from handmade English porcelain, featuring a unique papercut design by artist Georgia Lowe, glazed with real gold.

Nose: Bright, fresh, lemon meringue
Palette: Sweet honeycomb, soft butter. Green apples
Finish: Soft wood, burnt matchsticks
This has been bottled at 42% ABV in 700ml bottles.
