Forest Distillery London Dry Gin remains the only gin to earn two separate double-gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Awards in a single year, and has been recognised as one of the world’s top 50 gins. Distilled by our family in the heart of Macclesfield Forest, each small batch yields just 85 bottles.

• Blended to 42% ABV
All ingredients are hand-ground with a pestle and mortar before being distilled here in Cheshire. As the alcohol vapour carries the delicate oils from the botanicals, it reaches our copper condenser where it is quickly cooled. The resulting aromatic spirit is then blended with our spring water to create an unfiltered London Dry Gin of exceptional purity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh, green notes of forest pines
Palate: A bold opening of juniper, lifted by ferns and sweet berries
Finish: Long, earthy and evocative of Peak District moss
